As the year draws to a close, we'd like to let you know about our trading arrangements over December and January.
Warehouse maintenance
From Monday 14 December, our warehouse will be closed for scheduled maintenance. We remain open for business as usual, and our team is still available to take orders, answer enquiries and help in any way we can.
During this time, the Green Goanna team won’t be making any deliveries, but in-store and order pickups are still available as normal. Any orders will instead be sent via courier, so please allow for some delay in getting goods to you. If you have an urgent request, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to help (a fee may apply). We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
To avoid any disruption, we also recommend placing orders for stock you'll need over the break before Friday 11 December, so they can be delivered before maintenance begins. For urgent requests, still contact us at sales@greengoanna.com.au or 02 9897 7551.
Christmas/New Year Hours
We will close at midday on Wednesday 23 December and reopen at 8 am on Monday 4 January, business as usual.

To celebrate the end of the year, we’ll be firing up the BBQ on Wednesday, 23 December. Pop by for a bite and a drink with the team!
