Upcoming Price Changes & Supply Outlook

We wanted to give you an early heads-up about upcoming price increases from several of our suppliers.

As you may be aware, ongoing cost pressures across manufacturing, freight, and raw materials, compounded by the ongoing geopolitical tensions in the Middle East, which continue to disrupt global shipping lanes and drive up freight and energy costs, have led most suppliers to adjust their pricing. While some increases are modest, others are more significant, and these changes will begin  flowing through to our pricing shortly.

On the supply front, one consistent message from our suppliers is that they will make every effort to maintain supply in line with our usual forecasted demand. In practical terms, this means the items you currently purchase should, as far as possible, remain available from us. To support this, suppliers are restricting orders from customers whose purchasing patterns fall outside their normal purchasing patterns, helping to protect the supply allocated to existing partners like yourselves.

While this approach improves our position, it does not guarantee an uninterrupted supply given the ongoing uncertainty of the conflict in the Middle East. That said, supplier relationships matter, loyalty is being recognised and, wherever possible, reciprocated.

To help you plan and avoid surprises when placing orders, we encourage you to bring forward any upcoming purchases where possible. Ordering now allows you to secure current pricing before the increases take effect and helps us ensure your usual requirements are covered within our allocated supply.
